It’s important to start your year off with a positive intention. With affirmations you set a beautiful intention for the whole year. It’s the same with how you start off your day.
Everybody can relate to this: you get out off bed, hit your head against a wall, drop your glass of water, get too late to work, and then less good things keep happening that day.
NO IT IS NOT A BAD DAY, YOU ARE FOCUSSING ON THE WRONG THINGS AND COUNTING ALL THE LESS GOOD THINGS AND EXPECTING MORE OF THAT. SO THE UNIVERSE IS LIKE: YES SURE YOU WANT THAT? HERE YA GO.
But it’s the same with a ”good” day. You keep counting and focussing and great things keep happening. So realize how important it is to set a intention and start off the year with a positive intention what will lead to a positive experience, what leads to a positive thought and mind, what leads to a positive experience, what make’s you feel good, what will attract more of that.
You can choose multiple intentions but just don’t choose so much that you lose focus. Your intentions must be clear and detailed.
Don’t be too serious with this and have fun with it. Just be grateful and thankful.
Only give attention to what really matters. It’s all about focus.
