hi guys,

where are the banana lovers at?

so I’ve been making these delicious banana cookies for the last couple of months and I thought I share it with you! It’s not only easy to make but also really healthy! And just 2 ingredients.

So if you are like me and love to snack here ya go.




what you will need:

– oven

– baking tray and baking paper

– a bowl or something you can mix in

– 1 banana

– oats or mixed oats

step 1:

cut the banana in small pieces and put them in the bowl

step 2:

( you can flatten the banana first or you can mix it and then flatten it)

put the oats in the bowl next to the banana pieces

step 3:

flatten and mix it with whatever you wanna use till its mixed.

tip: add some cinnamon if you like

step 4:

grab your baking tray and baking paper and put the mixture on the tray. You can make them flat like cookies or you can make small balls. Whatever you like.

step 5:

put it in the oven for 15 minutes with 210 Celsius.

I experienced that the baking time does really depend on the kind of oven. Make sure to check in on them because the bottom burns fast. When the top of the oats are brown you know they are ready.

step 6:

take them out of the oven and let them cool down a bit.
